Zipwall ZipDoor Standard – 1.2m x 2.4m

The ZipWall ZipDoor Standard is a pre-made temporary dust door for sealing doorways during renovation, fitout, demolition, and construction works. The 1.2m x 2.4m unit attaches to the doorframe with a double-sided frame tape that protects the surface, creating a sealed perimeter around the opening in under a minute without tools or ladders.

Open doorways are one of the most common dust migration paths on fitout and renovation sites. Pushing a loose sheet against a frame doesn’t seal it — dust moves through the gap at every edge. The ZipDoor uses 100 micron plastic sheeting with pre-installed heavy-duty zippers on both sides, giving workers a clean, sealable entry and exit that closes completely on every pass. The double-sided frame tape leaves no adhesive residue on painted, timber, or MDF doorframes.

Flap hooks hold the door fully open for unobstructed access when the opening needs to be clear.
