Site Shield – Bruteboard 2.2m x 1.2m – 3mm

Bruteboard 3mm protects floors and vertical surfaces from scuffs and impacts during construction and fitout. Trolleys and dropped tools mark up finished floors and joinery long before a project reaches handover, and standard cardboard tears or absorbs moisture under repeated use. This board is made from polypropylene with a bonded felt underlay, so it cushions impact while protecting the surface underneath from scratches and abrasion. Each sheet covers 2.2m x 1.2m at 3mm thick and weighs around 5kg, light enough for one person to carry and position. It’s water-resistant, UV-stable for 12 months and cuts easily on site with a utility knife. Site crews use the 3mm board on light-traffic areas and vertical surfaces like walls and joinery, where the heavier 5mm option isn’t needed.
