Concrete Spacer- High Load – 75mm Cover – 25pk

Concrete Spacer – High Load – 75mm Cover – 25pk (6192-CSAH75) is a cement-based spacer that holds reinforcing steel 75mm from the formwork. It is sold as the high load spacer, and each pack holds 25 spacers.

The spacer is made from a mix of OPC, GBS, GGBS, fibres and additives. The manufacturer’s data sheet lists compressive strength not less than M60, water absorption under 5% and deflection under load under 1mm.

The same data sheet lists a very low rapid chloride penetration result, chloride content under 0.3 kg/m3 and alkali silica reactivity as harmless. A pack weighs 19kg.

Reinforcing fixers and concreters use the high load spacer, also called a concrete spacer or cover block, to set 75mm cover under heavier reinforcement on commercial, industrial and civil pours.
