Powerpac – Rail Cutting Disc Extreme – 400mm x 4mm x 25.4mm

The Powerpac Rail Cutting Disc Extreme is a 400mm cutting disc, 4mm thick, with a 25.4mm bore and a weight of 1.2kg. It fits cut-off saws with a 25.4mm arbor and cuts by abrasion as the disc turns.

The product name marks the disc for rail cutting, and the Extreme grade is the top grade in the Powerpac range. Powerpac also sells the rail cutting disc in a 350mm size.

Powerpac has not published the maximum speed, the abrasive grade or the cutting method on this SKU. Check the disc label and the saw rating before you fit it. Tradespeople also call this product a rail cutting wheel or a 400mm cut-off disc.
