The ASE Grout Mixer Pump Unit is a combined grout mixer and screw drive pump. The unit mixes grout in a hopper and pumps it through a hose, so one machine handles both jobs. Grouting crews use it to fill base plates, anchor pockets, duct voids and gaps under precast and steel.
A screw drive pump (also called a progressive cavity or rotor stator pump) moves grout steadily and suits fine cementitious grouts. Powerpac has not published the motor power, the supply voltage, the hopper size or the output rate, so confirm these details before ordering.
Precast installers and structural crews use this ASE grout mixer pump unit to mix and pump grout on site.
