Tilt Panel Prop 3.1m to 5.1m Size 5 stabilises vertical wall panels and formwork during concrete pouring, working in both compression and traction where a standard prop only pushes. A prop that only resists compression can’t stop a panel leaning back once it’s stood up, leaving it to shift during the pour. This Amadio double-action prop resolves that by working both ways, holding panels steady through pouring and during prefabrication assembly. Its shaped, un-loosable pin seats easily and safely, and its hand safety system keeps a minimum 100mm of free length in the closed position to protect the operator’s hand from crushing. Supplied fully hot dip galvanised with a forged steel winder nut, it’s built to avoid the fracturing that weaker cast nuts suffer. Builders reach for its longer size wherever the tallest vertical panels need positive stabilising in both directions.
