Silt Sock Sand Filled 1000mm

Silt Sock Sand Filled 1000mm is a ready-to-use silt sock, pre-filled with sand, that manages sediment runoff before it reaches a culvert, drain or waterway. Filling a silt sock on site takes time and needs a fill medium on hand, which isn’t always practical when a barrier is needed quickly. This sock arrives already sand filled and ready to place, moulding to the ground it’s protecting rather than sitting rigid against it. Made from high strength, UV-stabilised polypropylene, it includes carry handles for placing and stacking, and it’s reusable once emptied. At 1000mm long and 19.8kg filled, it’s heavier than Powerpac’s unfilled Silt Sock (6171-SS12) but ready to deploy straight from delivery. Construction crews use it at culverts, drain outflows and stormwater runoff gullies wherever sediment needs filtering out before it reaches the waterway.
