The Endo Air Hoist EHL-1TW with pendant control lifts up to 1,000 kg through a 3 m lift. It comes with an 8 m pendant control that includes an E stop. It runs on compressed air. Site and workshop crews call this type of unit an air chain hoist or pneumatic hoist.
The pendant replaces the pull cord on the standard EHL-1TW. Endo lists the EHL-TW series for operation at 0.4 to 0.6 MPa air pressure through an Rp 1/2 air inlet, and air consumption and lifting speed rise with pressure. The hoist hangs from an overhead fixing point or trolley that must carry the hoist and the load together. Powerpac has not published a test certificate for this model, so check the Endo manual and your site’s lifting procedures before first use.
