Esko Heavy Duty Leather Rigger Gloves protect hands through the toughest handling and rigging work, where a lighter glove wears through fast. Standard gloves don’t hold up to sustained abrasion, grinding sparks or rough handling, and a glove without reinforcement at the high-wear points fails exactly where it’s needed most. These gloves use cow split leather with a reinforced double leather layer across the palm, thumb and forefinger, plus a safety cuff and knuckle bar for extra protection. Known on site as the ‘Candy Stripe Glove’, they’re EN388 rated (4233 under the 2003 standard, 4144X under 2016). One size fits all, sold in packs of 12 pairs. Riggers, engineers, machinery operators and timber and freight handlers use them for rigging, grinding, metal polishing, cartage and general construction where a tougher, reinforced glove is needed.
