The Endo Air Hoist EHL-1TS PCS-2BV1 lifts up to 1,000 kg through a 3 m lift and comes with a pendant control that includes an E stop. It runs on compressed air. Site and workshop crews call this type of unit an air chain hoist or pneumatic hoist.
The pendant control replaces the pull chain on the standard EHL-1TS. The E stop is built into the pendant. The hoist hangs from an overhead fixing point or trolley that must carry the hoist and the load together. Powerpac has not published the working air pressure, air consumption or a test certificate for this model, so check the Endo manual and your site’s lifting procedures before first use.
