This wheel is designed with the user & highest construction standards in mind. Before you clip on you will notice the robust features such as the 3mm all thickness and the meaty spokes that will support your cage. Depending on the bar size you are clipping to, you have the ability to insert bar spacers to down-size the hole in the center. This keeps the wheel snug whilst lowering the cage.
These spacers are batch tested and meet the AS/NZS 2425:2015 Standards for bar chairs in reinforced concrete.

The 6192-HDS5020 Circular Pile Cage Spacer is a heavy duty concrete spacer that holds 20mm reinforcing bar 50mm from the pile wall. Each pack holds 30 spacers.
Pile cages sit in a bored hole, so the steel must stay centred and clear of the soil face. A circular spacer fixed to the cage rolls along the hole wall as the cage goes down, which keeps cover even around the full circumference. Trades also call it a wheel spacer, a pile spacer, a cage spacer or a cover wheel.
