SmartBlock – Fork Mount Lifting Beam

SmartBlock Fork Mount Lifting Beam lets a forklift lift a SmartBlock directly, without needing a crane or a separate rigging job every time a block needs to move. Not every yard has a crane on hand, and rigging a block with chains each time a forklift needs to shift it is slower and less secure than a purpose-built attachment. This beam mounts onto forklift tines and connects to the block’s lifting point, turning a standard forklift into a block handler. It’s rated to a maximum load of 5000kg. Concrete yards and sites use it to move SmartBlocks around the yard or into position using a forklift rather than waiting on a crane.
