SmartBlock – Form Cracker Key Bar

SmartBlock Form Cracker Key Bar breaks the seal between a cured block and its steel mould, so the mould lifts away cleanly instead of fighting the suction of a tight-fitting cast. A steel mould against a fully cured block can grip tight enough that pulling it straight off risks damaging the block edge or straining the mould itself. This key bar works into the join between mould and block to crack that seal with leverage, rather than force applied straight on. Concrete yards and sites use it as a standard part of stripping a SmartBlock mould, especially once the mould has been used a few times and the fit has tightened up.
