SmartBlock – Rubber Recess Former 2.5T

SmartBlock Rubber Recess Former creates a recess around a lifting anchor as the block is poured, so the anchor stays accessible once the concrete has cured instead of being buried flush with the surface. A lifting anchor cast flush with the top of a block has nothing for a clutch to grip once the concrete sets around it. This rubber recess former fits over the anchor point before pouring and leaves a clean conical void around the anchor once stripped. It’s rated for a 2.5T face lifter. Concrete yards and sites use it wherever a block needs a lifting point cast in and left accessible for the SmartBlock lifting clutch, or where a rubber-fixed former is preferred over the magnetic version.
